Ginette Alfaro, M.Psc., Director of Operations
With a Masters in Clinical Psychology, Ginette understands people, which is why she heads up our Costa Rica office as the Operations Director. Over the years she has distinguished herself as a creative problem-solver, effective communicator and habitual “birthday rememberer.” And, although you will never catch that tough cookie Ginette dancing around a subject, you might see her ballet, tap, jazz, Latin and modern dancing elsewhere – she has quite a pair of happy feet!

Kristeen Paraguas, Office Manager
Kristeen has been a staple in our Fresno location for more than a decade. As Office Manager she is the Queen Bee that keeps the office buzzing and running smoothly. Raised in the Central Valley, she is now raising her own family on a horse ranch in the foothills of Sequoia National Park. Kristeen and her husband also stay busy raising their daughter who is on the verge of becoming a teen.

Jessi Norris, Purchasing Agent
Jessi has a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership which is helpful in getting calls and ticket safely to the right place in an organized fashion. Speaking of organized — Jessi was in the military for four years as a Medical Laboratory Technician for the Air Force. During this time she earned her Associates in Medical Laboratory Science, the title of Airman of the Year for 2003, and an early promotion to Senior Airman. Impressed? So are we. But don’t worry, Jessi’s not all work and no play; she breaks loose to go snowboarding, running and enjoys popping in a horror movie, cooking and playing Trivial Pursuit (we dare you to email her and try to stump her with a trivia question… ok, double dare you).
