Managed Systems Technician
We are seeking a talented individual with excellent technical and customer services skills. This technician will be responsible for managing technical tasks for TekTegrity’s business and academic clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Resolve computer and network problems
- Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades
- Test new equipment configuration
- Perform network device management
- Implement policy management
- Optimize system performance
Additional Responsibilities (as required):
- Equipment recommendations
- Develop and implement improved policies and procedures
- Document problem outcomes
- Supervise assistant technicians
Qualifications:
Technical:
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing computer and network support
- Proficiency in all Microsoft operating systems
- Proficiency working with network hardware, including wireless, routers, firewalls, and VPN equipment
- College degree in technology field and/or professional certification
Non-Technical:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented and friendly attitude
- Clean driving record
