Jeff Bower

Vice President of Consulting

Jeff Bower is the Vice President of Consulting for TekTegrity with eight years of experience in Management Information Systems and technical consulting. His diverse experience working in financial, commercial and academic environments allows Jeff to work and communicate effectively from both a business and technical perspective.

If you ask nicely, Jeff might show you his two (and the only) civilian decorations that can be worn on a U.S. military uniform: Eagle Scout and American Legion Boys State. Jeff keeps very busy outside of TekTegrity as the father of two beautiful children, board member for the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce and Paso Robles Children’s Museum, and the Minister of Music at Agape Church in San Luis Obispo.

Al Rodriguez

IT Consultant

Originally from Chicago, Al brings a diverse set of experiences to benefit our TekTegrity clients. After studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he went on to work in the corporate sector for many years before moving to the Central Coast. He has extensive sales and management experience working for AT&T as well as MCI and SBC. He has assisted many Fortune 500 firms with growing their IT and communications infrastructure, and locally has helped businesses and schools become more efficient users of the technology that is available to them. He is the co-founder of the Hispanic Business Association of the North County as well as a member of The San Luis Coastal Unified School District Education Technology Committee, and the Technical Advocacy Committee of San Luis Obispo.

When not assisting clients with saving money or generating revenues, he can be found spending time with his wife Meg and son Diego. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and is a die-hard Chicago Bears and White Sox fan.

Christin Frederick

Account Manager

Christin joins TekTegrity after 12 years in the Marines and 5 years in customer service. Her career path has taken her through a diverse set of industries that has included the Marine Corps, Financial Services and Education. This exposure has given her a breadth of experience that lends to an insightful approach to problem solving and consultative sales. Solid, authentic relationships are the foundation that result in successful transactions. She has a unique skill set that facilitates strong relationship building and a persistence that gets results. Christin is especially looking forward to building great relationships with every one of you and providing the assistance you need to ensure that your experience with TekTegrity continues to be a positive one.


Michael Neal

Account Manager

Originally from Kansas City, Mike had never been west of Kansas before moving to Arroyo Grande.  He is currently finishing up a degree in Computer Information Systems.  Mike has been working with computers in some form or fashion since he was in high school.  He is a rabid KU Jayhawks fan and lives for the college basketball season. If KU isn’t playing, he watches the Oklahoma City Thunder.  Being from Kansas City, Mike loves to grill and cook. If he isn’t grilling or watching basketball he is playing with his dogs or playing guitar. He has two Shelties that love to run and play Frisbee.  He also enjoys movies; comedies are his favorite. He has a great sense of humor and looks forward to assisting you with your IT needs.

Russ Reed

Account Specialist

Recently transplanted to San Luis Obispo, Russ is originally from Fresno, CA, where he assisted Verizon clients with technical issues. He played trumpet throughout his school career, beginning in 5th grade. Russ has always enjoyed tinkering with computers, starting with a Mac Classic, then moving to Windows and Linux. He is fascinated by science and technology and will easily spend an entire evening watching Neil de Grasse Tyson videos, or anything concerning science, robots, gadgets or technologies!

Russ loves to travel and has driven across the US - twice! He has traveled throughout Europe, and plans to see as many countries and cultures as possible. Currently, he is enjoying rediscovering the central coast.
