Rose Spagnola, Controller
Rose brings over 30 years of business finance experience to TekTegrity as company controller and corporation treasurer. For the past 8 years, she has owned and operated her own full-service bookkeeping and software training company specializing in several of the nation's leading business software programs. Prior to starting Rose's Computer Services, she was in charge of day-to-day finance and office management for several firms here in San Luis Obispo and Orange County over the course of 25 years.
Ginette Alfaro, M.Psc., Operations Director
With her bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Ginette comes to the company with years of experience in private company administration. Two years as an intern with local hospitals sparked her interest in organization, operations, and personnel, making this Costa Rican native a perfect fit for TekTegrity's Central American office.
Ginette heads our Office and Human Resources team and has distinguished herself as a creative problem-solver and effective communicator.
