Account Representatives & Senior Account Managers

We understand how difficult computer-related problems can be to explain, solve, or prevent. Often, a significant level of translation between technical direction and customer services is needed. Your Account Representative is there to bridge that gap.

Understanding and Commitment are the two most valuable services provided to our clients through TekTegrity's Account Representatives and Senior Account Managers.

No two companies, no two clients have the same Internet and Technology needs; every client is unique. As the "face" of TekTegrity, our account reps and managers are skilled, knowledgeable, and most of all, dedicated to helping you determine what we can do that will best support your organization.

Toward that end, they will meet with you to first identify your needs and then design a service and support program just for you. Their job is to connect each client's unique needs with the people, products, and services at TekTegrity that will best meet those needs.

Armed with that understanding, the Account Rep assigned to you becomes your long-term advocate - your liaison between your company and the Tektegrity staff who delivers your services. Your representative/manager stays with you - from the initial contact you make with TekTegrity through the building and maintaining of our working relationship.


Jeff Bower, Senior Account Manager

Jeff Bower

Jeff Bower is a Senior Account Manager for TekTegrity with several years of experience in sales, marketing, and information technology.  In 2002, he graduated Cum Laude in Business Administration from the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Since 2002, Jeff has worked for Edward Jones Investments, Coldwell Banker, Takken's Inc., and Templeton Unified School District before coming to TekTegrity.  This unusual breadth of experience allows Jeff to work and communicate effectively in many environments, both business and academic.  Jeff is an Eagle Scout, Bank of America Scholar, and a featured speaker at business, community, and academic events. He is currently an ambassador for the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce, a representative with the Small Business Growth and Development Committee for the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce, a director for Lift Renewal Ministries, and a member of several networking, professional, and charitable organizations in San Luis Obispo and Kern Counties. 


Walter Brown, Account Representative

Walter Brown

cisco certified microsoft certified professional comptia A plus certifiedWalter is the Regional Account Representative for Kern County and the greater Bakersfield area. He earned CompTIA A+ Desktop Technician and Cisco CCNA certifications while attending the Network System Administration Program at Cuesta College. Walter is a Microsoft Certified Professional, an experienced retail computer support technician, and is currently completing a B.S. degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.  While working as a computer and network technician on the Central Coast for the past four years, he gained valuable experience, resourcefulness, and practical application to add to his extensive academic background, propelling him into his first role as an IT consultant with TekTegrity.  Beyond technical expertise, Walter’s reputation with previous employers and customers make him an ideal person to represent Tektegrity values in Bakersfield.

Mike Burns, Inside Account Representative

Mike Burns

Mike is responsible for customer service and all inside account support at TekTegrity.  With over ten years of customer service experience and training, he has developed the skill and perspective to facilitate positive client experience and team-building at TekTegrity.  He is well versed in the corporate world, excelling in customer service related positions for such large corporations as Verizon Wireless and Southern California Gas Company before joining TekTegrity in May of 2007.  Mike also serves in leadership positions at several of our community's charitable and non-profit organizations.  


Matt Nguyen, Account Representative

Matt Nguyen

watchguard sales professional High profile clients like The Motley Fool, Kelley Blue Book.com, Barclay's Bank, and Deluxe Checks Unlimited are just a few of the many satisfied clients that Matt Nguyen served during his tenure with TrueCredit.com (a TransUnion Company). Before accepting his post as TekTegrity's Regional Account Representative for Santa Barbara County, Matt also earned high praise for his stellar customer service at Nipomo's acclaimed Trilogy community, built by Shea Homes, one of the most reputable home builders in the country.

In 2003, Matt received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology from the Orfalea College of Business at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to his post-graduation work with TransUnion, Shea Homes, and now TekTegrity, Matt finds times to volunteer as a youth leader with YoungLife, an organization that promotes building positive relationships with high school students. He is an enthusiastic and talented member of our growing sales team.
